O’Hara Vs. The Rinos

Who is Charlotte O’Hara?? I am the great granddaughter of John O’Hara who came to Linn County in 1869. John was born and tragically orphaned in The Village of Iroquois on the St Lawrence River. His father was one of the many Irish immigrants hand digging a canal around treacherous rapids, the only work available to the Irish.  Unfortunately, his mother died when he was two and his father went west to find work, never to return. By the Grace of God, the Rose family took pity on the Irish orphan and took the baby in. And in spite of all the barriers, my great grandfather John O’Hara came to Kansas, built a successful farm and became Director of Education in Linn County.

Grit, perseverance and tenacity is in my blood and I am running to be your next governor to prove my great grandfather was correct in choosing Kansas as a land of promise for his family and for all Kansas families.

Now, many Kansans struggle with high property taxes, we’re THE high tax point on the prairie. Why? Republicans have failed to say no to spending and join with the Democrats on many issues. Examples: Senate President Ty Masterson was appointed by Governor Kelly in 2021 to the Kansas Turnpike Authority. In 2022 Masterson and Kelly handed $1 billion to Panasonic and now $6 billion to the Chiefs, both supported SB 98 giving data centers a 20-year sales tax exemption opening the stampede of data centers coming to Kansas.

Secretary of State Scott Schwab ordered the destruction of the 2020 ballots, evidence in a criminal investigation here in Johnson County counter to AG Kris Kobach’s request not to destroy them. How the Democrats howled in support.

And now, the new comer, Philip Sarnecki, who told me in February 2025 that Clark Hunt and Terry Dunn, god-fathers of tax incentives, begged and supported him to run and now he is claiming to be the knight in shining armor fighting tax incentives? Wow!! Then his skipping elections and taking $8,000 from the gas station heroin, 7-OH, distributor David Gabbay and his wife Maya.

When elected I will turn Topeka upside down working for you to abolish property taxes, close the paper shuffling State Department of Education and stop taking federal education funds. I will push to ban public funds going to illegal aliens, I will audit the Snap and Medicaid programs, favorites of the scammers. I will support paper ballots, election day as election day and hand count the results. AND I will bring back human dignity working to end the evil of abortion in Kansas. Every life is sacred, every life must be protected.

Raised on our farm 12 miles SE of where my great grandfather John O’Hara settled, I know grit, tenacity and perseverance. I have an extensive business and political background. I was a general contractor and now own 2 industrial buildings and a small manufacturing company. I served you on the JoCo Commission during COVID. I refused to wear a mask, refused the shot and said no to closing schools, churches and businesses. I was in the Kansas House from 2011 to 2013. I am a proven conservative.

If you agree with me that Topeka needs to be turned upside down so that it to works for you instead of the big boys, I need your support and your vote on August 4^th. AND remember VOTE YES for the direct election of our State Supreme Court Justices.  There are 19,811 reasons to vote yes. This is the number of babies aborted in Kansas in 2024, all permitted by our State Supreme Court.
