Voter Integrity Issues, Keep Kansas Strong - Charlotte O'Hara for Governor

X Marks the Spot!

By: Charlotte O’Hara

Oh, this is a DELICIOUS morsel of information!!!! In Johnson County we have a Mr. X as an active voter. This proves beyond a doubt that there are NO issues of voter integrity in Kansas, we’re slick as a whistle, a bright shining star of voter rolls being up to date…except for these pesky little issues reported by Earl Glynn, watchdoglab.com:

  1.  November 4, 2024-Johnson County has an 102% voter registration rate

Must simply be a continuation of election integrity conspiracy theories?

  1.  June 19, 2025: While the Kansas census population grew 117,488 (4.1%) from 2010 (2,853,118) to July 2024 (2,970,606), the Kansas voter file grew 282,878 (16.5%) from Sept. 7, 2010 (1,712,701) to Sept. 6, 2024 (1,995,579).

Let’s see, the voter rolls grew more than 4 times faster than our population, certainly that couldn’t signal a problem, or could it?

  1.  September 10, 2025 in the age categories from 65-85 there are 68,121 excess registered voters in the state of Kansas.
AGE REGISTERED VOTERS CENSUS REGISTERED PERCENTAGE
65-69 163,182 158,684 102.83
70-74 143,010 121,511 117.69
75-79 111,211 80,242 138.59
80-84 66,313 55,158 120.22
85+ 65,534 63,399 103.37

Just a superficial oversight at the Secretary of State’s office?

  1.  October 4, 2025  JoCo’s Mr. “X” and Help America Vote Verification

The Johnson County Election Office provided a copy of Mr. X’s voter registration form, which is shown below with some additional redactions (in blue) to not dox this individual.

JoCo Election Commissioner Fred Sherman verified in a phone call his office entered all the information from this form into the state’s ELVIS (Election Voter Information System) and it was processed in compliance with all state and federal laws.

Advance voting records show Mr. X voted in person the day before the Nov. 5, 2024 election.

So, there are no reasons for the Department of Justice to be requesting all Kansas voter data?  Secretary of State, Scott Schwab, continues to block the DOJ’s request.  Gee, I wonder why??

Ah, Kansas, Land of high taxes and high voter registration rates.
